Position: E-Commerce Maintenance Supervisor
Work Location: Cikupa, Tangerang.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma (D3) in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in warehouse, fulfillment center, or manufacturing operations.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, control panels, electrical wiring, and motor control systems.
• Experienced in electrical troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance of industrial machinery.
• Knowledge of PLC systems and automation is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of occupational health and safety (OHS) standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise the maintenance team in performing electrical inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance activities.

• Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedules to minimize machine downtime.

• Diagnose electrical failures and ensure the reliable operation of machinery and equipment.

• Ensure all electrical maintenance activities comply with safety standards and company procedures.

• Coordinate with E-Commerce Operations and related departments to support daily operational targets.

• Monitor spare parts availability and ensure proper maintenance tools and equipment are available.

• Prepare maintenance reports covering machine breakdowns, downtime, and corrective actions.

• Lead, guide, and evaluate maintenance team performance to ensure effective execution of maintenance activities.
