Our client Chefiality is hiring a E Commerce Manager in Lahore.
Chefiality is looking for an E-commerce Manager to help grow and improve our online store for chefs and bakers.
Responsibilities
- Manage Chefiality’s online store, product listings, pricing, and promotions.
- Keep product information, stock availability, and images accurate.
- Monitor sales and website performance, and suggest ways to improve.
- Coordinate with marketing, sales, warehouse, and customer service teams.
- Help improve the customer shopping experience and resolve online store issues.
- Prepare regular reports on sales and store performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant e-commerce experience.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online sales tools.
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Comfortable working on-site in a fast-paced environment.
