E-Commerce Manager

ROLE AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Building, maintaining, managing, updating, optimizing, develop and grow the E-commerce marketing business for strategic brand.
• Collaborate with marketing team to plan and create digital driven marketing plans (includes paid media), content, creatives, KPIs & reporting.
• Develop our digital strategies and promotional plans to maximise digital growth as targeted by the business.
• Strong communication & coordination between internal teams.
• Build up and lead a team over time as the business grows
• Clear logic, innovative thinking and strong sense of responsibility, good sense of teamwork, communication and collaboration skills, self-driven, responsible, practical and rigorous.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Competent in all MS Office tools, general web development skills and having knowledge for Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, online trends and regulation
• You are highly organized, able to problem solve, multi-task, manage timelines, collaborative and accountable and result-driven.
• Minimum of 5 years + experience in E-Commerce
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia & English both oral & Written
• Understanding E-Commerce and/or prior brand & portfolio management, communications and media planning & marketing experience.
• Have a strong leadership, interaction and good communication skills
• Willing to be worked in Cempaka Mas – Central jakarta
• Detail oriented & Target Oriented Person
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree
