E-commerce Manager

About We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven E-commerce Manager to oversee and optimize

sales through various digital transformation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for

driving revenue growth by implementing innovative strategies, creating attractive deals and

offers, and making data-driven decisions to enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to maximize sales of agri-input products
• Create and manage promotional campaigns, including offers, discounts, and bundles,

to attract farmers and drive app engagement.

• Analyze customer behavior, sales data, and market trends to make informed decisions

and improve app performance.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to design campaigns that boost app traffic and

increase conversions.

• Monitor and manage inventory, pricing, and product listings on the Gramik Farmer

App.

• Regularly review app performance metrics, track KPIs, and prepare detailed reports

for stakeholders.

• Work closely with the tech team to improve the app’s user interface and overall

shopping experience.

• Build relationships with suppliers and partners to ensure seamless product availability

and supply chain management.

• Stay updated on the latest e-commerce trends and competitor activities to maintain a

competitive edge.
