E-Commerce Manager

We are looking for an E-Commerce Manager to drive online sales growth across Facebook, Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.

Location: Srinakarin Road, near MRT Kalantan (Yellow Line)
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
Work Type: On-site

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute E-Commerce sales strategies to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Manage Shopee, Lazada & TikTok Shop, including campaigns, promotions, pricing, and product strategy.
• Drive Facebook sales performance, working closely with the Performance Marketing team on Ads, Content, Traffic, and Conversion.
• Analyze key metrics including Sales, Traffic, Conversion Rate, AOV, ROAS, and Margin, and turn insights into action plans.
• Develop Live Commerce & Affiliate strategies to increase traffic and revenue.
• Analyze product performance, best sellers, slow-moving items, and stock requirements.
• Coordinate with Content, Graphic, Performance Marketing, KOL/Affiliate, Live, and Warehouse teams.
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and identify opportunities for growth.

About you

• 3+ years of experience in E-Commerce, Marketplace, or Digital Commerce.
• Hands-on experience with Facebook, Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.
• Good understanding of Facebook Ads, Marketplace Ads, promotions, and E-Commerce funnels.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and performance data.
• Strong commercial, growth, and results-driven mindset.
• Experience in Fashion, Beauty, Health, or Consumer Products is a plus.
