About the role
We're looking for a strategic and hands-on Senior E-Commerce Manager to help grow our fashion and lifestyle brands across Indonesia and Turkey. You'll take ownership of our online sales channels, lead the e-commerce team, optimize performance, and explore new opportunities across Shopify, Etsy, marketplaces, and other platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and grow our e-commerce operations across multiple platforms and markets.
- Manage and optimize Shopify stores, Etsy, and other marketplaces.
- Drive sales, improve conversion, and optimize the customer journey.
- Lead and manage the e-commerce team.
- Oversee product listings, promotions, merchandising, and online campaigns.
- Identify new platforms and growth opportunities.
- Use data, AI, and automation to improve performance and efficiency.
About you
- Strong experience in E-Commerce Management.
- Experience in fashion, textile, or apparel is highly preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify, Etsy and online marketplaces.
- Experience managing and leading teams.
- Commercial mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with AI and automation tools is a plus.
- Excellent English communication skills.
