E Commerce Manager

About the role

An experienced and strategic E-Commerce Manager to oversee and drive online sales performance across multiple e-commerce platforms including Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional e-commerce strategies aligned with business goals
• Identify market trends and expansion opportunities across key platforms and markets
• Drive e-commerce revenue growth
• Direct and optimize the performance and daily operations of multiple e-commerce platforms, ensuring seamless execution and growth
• Monitor and maintain store health by enforcing platform compliance standards and analyzing seller performance metrics
• Optimize product listings, pricing, and promotions to drive traffic and conversion
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of product information across all platforms
• Plan and execute marketplace promotions, vouchers, bundles, and participation in mega campaigns
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid ads on Lazada and Shopee, monitoring cost efficiency and adjusting campaigns to improve performance
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, chats and messages on marketplaces

About you

• 1–3 years experience in E-commerce, preferably managing Lazada and Shopee and Tiktok stores
• Familiar with E Commerce platform dashboard and ads analytics tools
• Able to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Understanding of platform SEO, marketplace algorithms, and advertising strategies
