Responsibilities
Optimizing product listings: Crafting titles with relevant keywords, creating attractive product images, and writing informative descriptions to improve search ranking and conversion.
Managing campaigns and promotions: Running paid ads (e.g., TopAds, Shopee Ads), flash sales, vouchers, and other promotional strategies to boost traffic and sales.
Analyzing performance: Monitoring sales data, customer behavior, and marketplace trends to adjust strategies and improve ROI.
Ensuring customer satisfaction.
Cross-platform management: Coordinating operations across multiple marketplaces and aligning with marketing or creative teams for brand growth.
Requirements and skills
BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
Successful previous experience as a sales representative e-commerce manager
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Strong business sense and industry expertise
Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
