E-commerce Manager

About the role

Hannan Hair Care is looking for an experienced, hands-on E-commerce Manager who specialises in Shopee. Your main responsibility is to grow the Shopee business profitably. You will understand how to increase traffic, improve conversion, optimise Shopee Ads, plan campaigns, strengthen product rankings and grow GMV while maintaining healthy profitability. This role requires someone who can analyse Shopee performance data, understand why sales are moving, identify opportunities or problems, and take action.

Working Days: Sunday – Friday
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute Hannan Hair Care's overall Shopee growth strategy
• Take ownership of Shopee sales, GMV, traffic, conversion and profitability targets
• Analyse performance by product, SKU, campaign and traffic source
• Monitor key metrics including GMV, traffic, conversion rate, AOV, ROAS, ACOS, ad spend, CTR, orders, cancellation rate and return rate
• Identify why sales increase or decrease and implement corrective actions
• Identify underperforming products and develop recovery plans
• Manage and optimise Shopee Ads, scale profitable campaigns and reduce inefficient ad spending
• Improve keyword strategy, bids and advertising structure
• Optimise product titles, keywords, descriptions, images, pricing, bundles and promotional mechanics to improve conversion and visibility
• Plan and execute Shopee campaigns including Double-Date Campaigns, Payday Campaigns, Mid-Month Campaigns, Flash Sales, Vouchers, Add-on Deals, Bundle Deals and Shop Promotions
• Develop strategies to increase repeat purchases and customer lifetime value
• Develop and manage Shopee Affiliate strategies and work with creators and affiliates
• Monitor competitor stores, pricing, promotions, rankings and best-selling products
• Identify new growth opportunities within the hair-care category
• Forecast Shopee sales and advertising budgets
• Prepare weekly and monthly Shopee performance reports and present findings to management
• Lead and guide the E-commerce team in executing Shopee strategies

About you

• 3+ years of E-commerce / marketplace experience
• Strong hands-on Shopee experience is compulsory
• Proven experience growing Shopee sales
• Strong experience with Shopee Ads
• Strong understanding of Shopee campaigns, vouchers, promotions and platform mechanics
• Experience managing significant monthly Shopee advertising budgets is an advantage
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
• Comfortable working with numbers and performance reports
• Able to identify problems and recommend practical solutions
• Experience in beauty, hair care, personal care, FMCG or consumer products is an advantage
• Leadership or team-management experience is preferred
