E-COMMERCE MANAGER

Job Specification

• Drive overall e-commerce channel performance through effective commercial planning, pricing, promotions, merchandising, and campaign execution.
• Develop and implement e-commerce strategies across marketplaces and other digital commerce channels to achieve sales, growth, and profitability targets.
• Set channel targets and evaluate sales, customer, and market insights to identify growth opportunities and improve business performance.
• Oversee end-to-end e-commerce operations, including account management, live streaming, & affiliates, ensuring product availability, campaign readiness, and smooth execution of commercial activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with marketplace partners to support business growth and address key commercial and operational matters.
• Lead, develop, and evaluate the e-commerce team to strengthen capabilities and achieve department objectives.
• Work cross-functionally with Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, Creative, and Customer Service to ensure smooth execution of e-commerce initiatives.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or other related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in E-Commerce, Marketplace, or Digital Commerce, including experience managing a team.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce strategy, marketplace operations, commercial planning, campaigns, promotions, and sales performance.
• Experience in the beauty, pharmaceutical, FMCG, retail, or consumer goods industries will be an advantage.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Willing to be placed in Kelapa Gading, Jakarta.
