E-Commerce Manager

About the role

Akari Lighting and Technology Corporation is seeking an experienced E-Commerce Manager to join our dynamic team. In this full-time, on-site role in Quezon City Metro Manila, you will be responsible for driving the strategic growth and optimization of our online sales channels, ensuring we provide a seamless and engaging shopping experience for our customers.

What you'll be doing:

• Develop and implement effective e-commerce strategies to grow online sales, increase customer engagement, and improve conversion rates
• Manage and optimize our e-commerce platforms, including website, mobile app, and third-party marketplaces
• Analyze website analytics and customer data to identify opportunities for improvement and inform marketing and content strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling product content, campaigns, and promotions
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations to drive continuous improvement
• Oversee the management of e-commerce operations, including order processing, inventory management, and customer support

What we're looking for:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce management, digital marketing, or a related field
• Proven track record of driving e-commerce growth and optimizing online sales channels
• Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret and apply insights
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, content management systems, and digital marketing tools
• Familiarity with search engine optimization (SEO), paid advertising, and customer acquisition strategies
• Demonstrated project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
