About UltraPeak

UltraPeak® is an upcoming hydration and performance-focused brand developed for athletes, fitness enthusiasts, travellers and people with active lifestyles. We are looking for a proactive E-commerce Manager who can manage our D2C website and online marketplaces while driving sales, improving customer experience and maintaining smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage UltraPeak’s D2C website and marketplace accounts, including Amazon, Flipkart and other relevant platforms.
• Create, update and optimise product listings, titles, descriptions, keywords, images, pricing and promotional offers.
• Coordinate inventory, order processing, packaging, dispatch, returns, refunds and replacements.
• Monitor daily sales, stock levels, order status and marketplace performance.
• Plan and execute online promotions, discount campaigns, product launches and marketplace events.
• Coordinate with digital marketing, design, content, warehouse and customer-support teams.
• Monitor advertising campaigns and improve ROAS, conversion rate and customer acquisition cost.
• Track website traffic, cart abandonment, conversion rate, average order value and repeat purchases.
• Maintain accurate reports for sales, inventory, returns, advertising expenditure and profitability.
• Handle marketplace issues, account-health warnings, customer reviews and seller-support cases.
• Ensure product information, pricing, GST details and promotional communication remain accurate.
• Support influencer campaigns, event promotions and product-sampling activities.
• Conduct competitor, pricing and market research to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of e-commerce platforms and D2C operations.
• Understanding of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shopify or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of marketplace advertising and digital-performance metrics.
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Good analytical, communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.
• Basic understanding of inventory, logistics, GST invoicing and customer-service processes.
• Experience in health, wellness, nutrition, FMCG or sports products will be an advantage.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce or a related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant e-commerce experience preferred.
• Candidates with strong practical knowledge and relevant internship experience may also apply.
