E Commerce Manager

About the Role

We're hiring an E-commerce Manager to own the marketplace P&L end-to-end FBF and Flipkart Alpha operations, ad spend across marketplaces, and quick-commerce availability. You will be the single point of accountability for revenue, margin, and stock health across every online channel.

What You'll Do

Flipkart Operations — FBF & Alpha

• Plan and execute FBF inbound: shipment creation, appointment booking, inwarding, and stock health (sell-through, ageing, storage fees, removals).
• Run Flipkart Alpha (PO-based) operations end-to-end: PO forecasting and confirmation, FSN and appointment scheduling, fill rate, GRN and shortage disputes, debit notes and reconciliation.
• Maintain weekly SKU-level stock cover across FBF and Alpha so hero SKUs never go out of stock, especially in the run-up to BBD and Big Saving Days.
• Manage SPF claims, returns (customer + RTO), and settlement reconciliation with Flipkart.
• Own the relationship with Flipkart category and account managers for event participation, deals, and visibility.

Marketplace Advertising

• Own the ads budget on Flipkart Ads (PLA, PCA, brand/display) and Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display): bids, keyword harvesting, negatives, budgets, day-parting.
• Hit ROAS / ACOS and TACoS targets; run pre-event ramp-ups and track share of voice on hero keywords.
• Build monthly ad plans tied to sales and contribution-margin targets.

Quick Commerce

• Run day-to-day operations on Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart and Flipkart Minutes: onboarding, city-wise assortment, PO cycles, dark-store availability and fill rate.
• Manage q-commerce ads, in-app promotions, and sampling to grow city-level share.
• Coordinate with supply chain so q-commerce PO fill rate stays above 90%.

Catalogue, Pricing & Promotions

• Own listings: titles, keywords, images, A+ content, and ratings & reviews hygiene.
• Manage pricing parity, deals and coupons; plan event calendars (BBD, Big Saving Days, Great Indian Festival, Prime Day).
• Brief the brand/creative team on platform-specific assets.

Reporting & P&L

• Run a weekly business review: revenue, contribution margin, ad spend, returns and stock cover by platform.
• Reconcile payments, fees and deductions; flag and recover leakages.
• Maintain MIS / dashboards (Excel, Power BI) for leadership.

Must-Have

• 4–7 years managing marketplaces for a consumer brand (beauty, fragrance or FMCG preferred).
• Hands-on FBF and Flipkart Alpha (PO-based) operations — not just seller-panel listing work.
• Proven ads management on Flipkart Ads and Amazon Ads with ROAS accountability.
• Live quick-commerce experience on at least two of Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart.
• Strong Excel (pivots, lookups, reconciliations); comfortable owning a P&L.
• Existing working relationships with platform category/account teams.

Good-to-Have

• Amazon FBA / Vendor Central, Myntra, Nykaa experience.
• Tools: Easy Ecom or Unicommerce, Helium 10, Power BI.
• Experience launching new SKUs or gift-box combos on marketplaces.
