E-Commerce Manager

About the role

This is an E-Commerce Manager role responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase sales and profitability across e-commerce channels. You will manage the performance of all marketplaces, develop campaign and promotional programs, and lead the e-commerce team to achieve targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and profitability of the E-Commerce channel
• Manage performance across all marketplaces and ensure achievement of targets
• Develop campaign programs, promotions, bundling, discounts, and marketplace activation
• Analyze marketplace performance and provide improvement recommendations
• Manage and develop the E-Commerce team
• Monitor stock, pricing, promotions, order fulfillment, and customer experience
• Create reports and evaluate E-Commerce performance regularly

About you

• Minimum S1 education, preferably in Marketing, Business, Management, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in E-Commerce, with experience as a Manager
• Understanding of marketplace management including Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and other e-commerce platforms
• Understanding of sales strategy, promotion, campaign, traffic, conversion, and revenue growth
• Experience in sales data analysis and strategy development based on marketplace performance
• Experience in team management and target achievement
• Understanding of digital marketing, marketplace ads, and e-commerce promo programs
• Ability to monitor GMV, revenue, margin, conversion rate, traffic, and campaign effectiveness
• Strong communication, leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Willing to be placed in Depok
