About the Position

We are seeking an experienced and motivated E-Commerce Manager to oversee the daily operations and growth of our online clothing store. This role will manage online sales, product listings, inventory, orders, customer service, promotions, and the e-commerce team.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the online store
• Manage product listings, pricing, photos, descriptions, and availability
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with stores and warehouse teams
• Oversee online orders, shipping, returns, and exchanges
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve order issues
• Coordinate product launches and online merchandising
• Monitor online sales, inventory, and website performance
• Prepare and review e-commerce reports
• Assist with strategies to increase online sales and customer engagement
• Train and supervise e-commerce staff
• Assign tasks and monitor team performance
• Maintain accurate records and ensure company procedures are followed

Qualifications

• 2+ years of e-commerce, online retail, or related experience
• Management or supervisory experience preferred
• Experience managing an online store or e-commerce platform
• Strong computer and organizational skills
• Knowledge of online merchandising and inventory management
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Fashion or apparel experience is a plus

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work at a computer for extended periods
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach as needed
• Ability to lift and move merchandise or boxes

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM
Saturdays and holidays may be required based on business needs.

Compensation & Benefits
