E-commerce Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive and oversee overall e-commerce strategy and performance to support brand growth
• Collaborate closely with merchandising, retail, and logistics teams to connect online and offline experiences.
• Lead, manage, and supervise cross-functional e-commerce teams (content, operations, online marketing, customer service) to drive sales growth and customer engagement.
• Oversee both strategic planning and tactical execution of daily operations across the website, marketplaces, and live shopping platforms.
• Make data-driven decisions to optimize assortment, pricing, promotions, and online customer experience to maximize conversions and revenue.
• Monitor and control product flow and inventory for e-commerce channels.
• Track industry trends, competitors, and emerging fashion e-commerce practices to keep the brand competitive.
• Prepare and present regular reports on online sales, campaign performance, and customer insights to management, with clear recommendations for improvement.

Qualification:

• Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience as an E-Commerce Manager handling a retail brand/category (preferably fashion).
• Bachelor’s degree preferably in business/marketing or other related field.
• A proven track record of growing e-commerce channels and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Analytical and data-driven with an eye for fashion trends.
• Agile, solution-oriented, and motivated by delivering results.
