E-Commerce Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow e-commerce business across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Meesho and D2C website.
• Develop and execute e-commerce sales and growth strategies.
• Manage product listings, catalogues, pricing, promotions and inventory.
• Monitor marketplace performance, sales, conversion rates and profitability.
• Plan and execute marketplace promotions, campaigns and offers.
• Coordinate with performance marketing teams for online sales growth.
• Manage order processing, fulfilment, returns and customer issues.
• Analyse sales data, marketplace analytics and prepare MIS reports.
• Work closely with warehouse, logistics, finance and marketing teams.
• Identify new opportunities to improve revenue, margins and customer acquisition.
• Ensure marketplace compliance, catalogue quality and brand visibility.

Qualification

MBA/PGDM in Marketing, E-commerce or related field preferred.

Preferred Candidate: Strong experience in managing fashion/lifestyle or consumer-product e-commerce businesses with a proven track record of increasing online sales and profitability.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
