E-commerce Manager

I. Job Responsibilities

1.Take full responsibility for the overall operations of the company’s Shopee and TikTok online stores.

2.Oversee and coordinate store sales, inventory management, promotional campaigns, and online marketing activities.

3.Manage and monitor product quality control to ensure products meet company standards.

4.Manage the e-commerce team, including work assignments, coordination, supervision, and performance management.

5.Develop and implement e-commerce operational strategies, break down sales targets into actionable plans, and optimize store traffic and conversion rates through data analysis. Maintain healthy platform account performance and ensure the achievement of store sales targets.

II. Qualifications

1.College/University graduate.

2.Must have hands-on experience in setting up and operating online stores on platforms such as Shopee and TikTok.

3.Experience in variety retail, toys, accessories, or related product categories is preferred.

4.Computer literate and proficient in basic computer operations and relevant office applications.

5.Strong communication and coordination skills.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php27,000.00 per month
