E-Commerce Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and daily operations for all e-commerce channels (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, Lazada, etc.).
• Build and manage the e-commerce team, including recruitment, training, and target setting.
• Develop and execute promotion plans to achieve sales targets and increase brand visibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Logistics, Finance) to ensure seamless operations.
• Monitor sales performance, competitor activity, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage online store content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
• Report on sales revenue and market situations to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 8–10+ years of experience in e-commerce management.
• 5 years of experience managing an e-commerce team.
• FMCG background is a strong plus.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal) is mandatory.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Deep understanding of Indonesian e-commerce platforms and logistics.
• Data-driven with strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
