Reporting To: E-Commerce Manager / Sales Manager

1. Job Objective

To manage online sales channels, product listings, order processing, inventory coordination, marketplace operations, and customer service to improve online sales and business growth.

2. Roles & Responsibilities

A. E-Commerce Marketplace Management

• Manage Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho and other online marketplaces.
• Create, update and optimize product listings, titles, descriptions, images and pricing.
• Maintain product details, SKUs, barcodes and catalogue information.
• Monitor marketplace performance, product rankings and sales.

B. Order & Inventory Management

• Process daily online orders and ensure timely dispatch.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team for packing and shipping.
• Monitor stock availability and update inventory regularly.
• Track order cancellations, returns, replacements and refunds.

C. Sales & Marketing

• Monitor daily, weekly and monthly online sales.
• Plan and execute marketplace promotions, offers and discounts.
• Coordinate product advertisements and promotional campaigns.
• Analyze sales reports and identify opportunities to increase revenue.

D. Customer Service

• Handle customer queries, complaints, ratings and reviews.
• Coordinate with marketplace support teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain good seller ratings and customer satisfaction.

E. Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare daily sales and order reports in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Maintain records of sales, returns, inventory and marketplace expenses.
• Track payment settlements, commissions, shipping charges and returns.
• Share regular performance reports with management.

3. Required Skills

• Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub and Meesho Supplier Panel.
• Good command of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Understanding of product listing, order management and inventory control.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and online advertisements.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

4. Educational Qualification

• Graduate in any stream; BBA, B.Com or BBA in Marketing preferred.
• Relevant E-Commerce experience will be an advantage.

• Online sales growth.
• Order processing and dispatch accuracy.
• Product listing accuracy and catalogue quality.
• Inventory accuracy and stock availability.
• Reduction in order cancellations and returns.
• Customer ratings and complaint resolution.
• Accuracy and timeliness of reports.

6. Preferred Candidate

A proactive and detail-oriented candidate with practical knowledge of online marketplace operations, sales reporting, product catalogue management and warehouse coordination.
