E-Commerce Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented eCommerce Executive to manage marketplace operations and support online sales growth across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, and Quick Commerce channels. The candidate should have experience in catalog management, inventory coordination, and marketplace operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage product listings across Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, and other marketplaces.
• Upload and update product content, images, descriptions, and pricing.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment with operations teams.
• Track order processing, returns, cancellations, and customer feedback.
• Ensure marketplace account health and compliance with platform policies.
• Coordinate with advertising teams for marketplace promotions and campaigns.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Analyze product performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor competitor pricing, listings, and promotional activities.
• Resolve listing issues, suppression alerts, and catalog-related concerns.
• Support new product launches across marketplaces.
• Work closely with logistics, operations, and customer support teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to marketplace operations.

Required Skills

• Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shopify, or similar platforms.
• Strong knowledge of marketplace operations and catalog management.
• Good understanding of inventory and order management processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Effective communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced eCommerce environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
