What they need
Key Responsibilities
Own and improve overall e-commerce performance across the website and marketplaces.
Work closely with performance marketing teams across Meta Ads and Google Ads and understand key metrics such as CAC, ROAS, MER, conversion rate, and AOV.
Manage and grow marketplaces such as Amazon, Myntra, Nykaa, Tata CLiQ, Flipkart, and other relevant platforms.
Plan pricing, promotions, product launches, inventory, and marketplace visibility.
Build and improve customer retention, repeat purchase, CRM, WhatsApp, email, and automation journeys.
Track sales, profitability, customer behaviour, and channel performance to identify growth opportunities.
Coordinate with marketing, operations, creative, logistics, and customer support teams.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
