Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Operations Manager to manage end-to-end operations across E-Commerce and Quick Commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities.

• Manage daily operations across Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Flipkart Minutes, Amazon, Amazon Now, BigBasket, Flipkart, etc.
• Handle PO management, order processing, dispatch, inwarding and appointment scheduling.
• Coordinate with warehouses, transporters, 3PL partners, and platform POCs.
• Track inventory, GRN, reconciliation, shortages, rejections and discrepancies.
• Manage returns, RTOs and stock reconciliation.
• Monitor order fulfillment, dispatch TAT and platform SLAs.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS and operational reports.
• Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Dispatch, Accounts, Supply Chain and Logistics teams.
• Identify operational gaps and ensure timely resolution.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in E-Commerce / Quick Commerce / FMCG Operations / Supply Chain / Logistics.
• Hands-on experience with E-Commerce or Quick Commerce platforms.
• Strong knowledge of PO, GRN, inwarding, dispatch, reconciliation, returns and RTO processes.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Strong coordination, follow-up, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple operational activities in a fast-paced environment.
