Job Description : E-commerce Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensuring that the website is up-to-date and running smoothly
• Manage operate and negotiate E-commerce platforms on multiple channels, including Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Line Shopping, and Website.
• Develop and execute online marketing and promotion strategies to increase sales and customer engagement
• Brief artwork and promotional material to the in-house design team.
• Continuously monitor the competition and market trends to stay ahead of the curve.
• Ensure that the online platform is always up-to-date and functioning correctly.
• Ensuring that the website is optimized for search engines
• Developing and implementing strategies to improve traffic and conversion rates
• Analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Experience with content management systems (CMS)

Qualifications

• Familiarity with search engine optimization (SEO) principles
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Thrives in a fast-paced e-commerce environment with great attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in E-Commerce / Digital Marketing / Marketing / Business Administration or related fields
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience managing and operating E-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fast learner strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Intermediate level of Microsoft Excel and Google Spreadsheet skills
• Beginner-level of Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Word skills
• Experience in briefing artwork for promotional materials.
• Proactive, fast learner and strong problem-solving skills.
