E-commerce Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager to join THE WELL DISTRIBUTION CO., LTD. in Bangkok on a full-time basis. In this strategic position, you will oversee all aspects of our e-commerce operations, driving online sales growth and ensuring a seamless digital shopping experience for our customers. This role is pivotal in expanding our digital presence and meeting the evolving demands of the modern marketplace. You will work on-site in Bangkok, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to optimise our online channels and maximise revenue opportunities.

What you'll be doing

• Manage and optimise all e-commerce platforms and digital storefronts to enhance user experience and conversion rates
• Develop and implement e-commerce strategies aligned with company objectives and market trends
• Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversion rates, average order value and customer acquisition costs
• Oversee product listings, pricing strategies and inventory management across online channels
• Manage digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities to drive online traffic and sales
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and enhance brand visibility in digital spaces
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
• Manage supplier and vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery and product quality
• Prepare regular reports and presentations on e-commerce performance for senior management
• Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement

What we're looking for

• 5-10 years of proven experience managing e-commerce operations or digital marketing in a similar capacity
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, tools and technologies (such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or equivalent)
• Proficiency in digital analytics tools and data-driven decision making
• Demonstrated experience with digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing and email campaigns
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Strong understanding of consumer behaviour and market trends in the digital retail space
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce or a related field
• Fluency in English and Thai is highly desirable
• Experience in the distribution or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector would be advantageous
