E-Commerce Manager

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented E-commerce Manager to manage and grow our online business across multiple marketplaces and the company website. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart, other e-commerce platforms, website management, SEO, and online sales growth strategies.

The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day e-commerce operations, improving product visibility, increasing online sales, and ensuring smooth coordination across marketplace operations, website management, and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee e-commerce operations across Amazon, Flipkart, and other online marketplaces.
• Handle the company website, including product uploads, catalog management, pricing, inventory updates, and content optimization.
• Manage product listings, keyword research, titles, descriptions, images, and listing optimization.
• Implement SEO strategies to improve website rankings, organic traffic, and product visibility.
• Manage website content, product pages, categories, banners, and other updates.
• Monitor sales performance, conversion rates, website traffic, and marketplace performance.
• Develop strategies to increase online sales, revenue, and customer acquisition.
• Coordinate with marketing, design, logistics, and inventory teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor orders, returns, cancellations, customer queries, and marketplace account health.
• Analyze sales reports, identify growth opportunities, and prepare regular performance reports.
• Stay updated with marketplace policies, e-commerce trends, SEO practices, and competitor activities.
• Identify and resolve issues related to listings, website performance, and marketplace operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in e-commerce management.
• Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and other e-commerce marketplaces.
• Practical experience in website management, preferably Shopify or similar platforms.
• Good understanding of SEO, keyword research, on-page optimization, and organic traffic growth.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and e-commerce reporting tools.
• Experience in product catalog management, inventory coordination, and order management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and team management skills.
• Good knowledge of Excel and sales performance reporting.
• Ability to develop and execute strategies for improving online sales and profitability.

Preferred Candidate

A candidate who can independently manage multiple e-commerce platforms and the company website, implement effective SEO strategies, improve online visibility, and drive sustainable business growth.
