E-Commerce Manager

We’re looking for an experienced E-commerce Manager to grow and manage our online sales across Amazon India, Amazon USA, and other digital channels. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience running campaigns, managing Meta ads, and optimizing PPC performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow our Amazon India and Amazon USA storefronts.
• Plan, launch, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns and other paid advertising.
• Create and manage Meta ad campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
• Monitor campaign performance, budgets, sales, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
• Research keywords, competitors, products, and market trends.
• Optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, and keywords.
• Track inventory, pricing, promotions, and account health.
• Prepare regular reports and recommend ways to improve sales and profitability.
• Coordinate with creative, operations, and customer service teams.

Requirements

• 5–6 years of experience in e-commerce management and digital campaign management.
• Proven experience with Amazon India and Amazon USA.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon PPC and Meta Ads.
• Strong understanding of campaign optimization, keyword research, and performance metrics.
• Experience managing budgets and reporting on ROAS, conversion rates, and sales.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
