E-Commerce Manager

Job Purpose:
This position will contribute for eCommerce strategy and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. eCommerce Operation Strategy and annual plan

• Develop and implement the eCommerce strategy for the development and management online business.
• Cooperate and execute plan as per CEO directions.

2. Trading performance of the online business

• Responsible for the performance of the online business and working with key people (Merchandise, Business Development, Marketing, Supply chain, Finance) within the organization as well as external third-party agencies.

3. eCommerce Budget

• Manage the eCommerce advertising budget by forecasting, setting monthly goals and optimizing to maximize return on ad spend. Provide input on future eCommerce advertising budget spend
• Budget management including all creative and shooting costs.

4. Control and monitor sales and trading performance of eCommerce Business

• Overseeing product offer and merchandising ensuring sales are maximized effectively.
• Produce revenue, unit and gross profit and operating cost targets annual budget.
• Prepare and execute planning calendar for each season, promotions and mailer campaigns.
• Manage and monitor orders, sales and shipments.
• Analyze customer demographics and purchasing behavior to monitor trends and future sales growth.

5. Customer Service

• Manage customer complaints to gain customer satisfaction from all online and offline sales channel.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, MBA is preferred.
• Proven experience of managing e-commerce system will be a great.
• 3-5 years hands-on experience in relevant/ similar Ecommerce operations
• Solid know-how on e-commerce and online media.
• Strong leadership, excellent communication, supervisory or managerial skills.
• Energetic, initiative, detail-minded, creative, able to think out of the box to propose new digital ideas.
