E-Commerce Manager (m/f/d)

For our headquarters in Travemünde (Germany), we are looking for a: E-Commerce Manager (m/f/d)

The area of responsibility includes:

• Control, development, and optimization of our internet booking dialogue
• Monitoring and evaluating the performance of our internet booking dialogue
• Use of web analytics, tracking and reporting tools to identify optimization potential and derive actionable measures
• Development and implementation of direct marketing measures, focusing on the customer journey and customer reviews
• Implementation of direct marketing initiatives both digitally and in print on board our ferries
• Identification and implementation of AI and automation use cases in E-Commerce and digital marketing
• Continuous monitoring of digital trends, technologies and evolving customer behavior
• Assistance in the formulation and management of the annual marketing plan
• Independent management of projects
• Collaboration with other departments, such as Hotel Operations and Software Development

To be expected:

• Successfully completed vocational training in E-Commerce or an equivalent qualification
• Alternatively, a successfully completed degree specializing in marketing
• Professional experience in digital commerce is desirable but not mandatory
• Strong organizational skills and a results-oriented approach to work
• Analytical skills and excellent technical understanding
• Creative thinking and good communication skills in German and English
• Affinity for modern technologies
• Strong initiative, problem-solving skills, and entrepreneurial thinking
