E-Commerce Manager (m/f/x) with focus on Amazon

To strengthen our team, we are looking for an E-Commerce Manager (m/f/d) with a focus on Amazon who will strategically and operationally drive our Amazon business forward and help shape the next phase of growth together with internal and external partners.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage and further develop our Amazon business across Germany and Europe
• Support the expansion of our core business and growth into additional European markets
• Optimize product listings, A+ Content, visibility, conversion rates, and overall marketplace performance
• Analyze relevant KPIs and derive actionable recommendations for continuous improvement
• Support and strategically manage Amazon Advertising activities in close cooperation with our Amazon agency
• Identify new opportunities, trends, and growth potential within the Amazon ecosystem
• Contribute to cross-functional e-commerce projects and digital business development initiatives

Your Profile

• Experience in e-commerce, ideally with a focus on Amazon
• Strong understanding of Amazon processes, performance metrics, and data analysis
• A structured, self-driven, and solution-oriented way of working
• Technical affinity and understanding of e-commerce-related systems and processes
• Motivation to take ownership and drive initiatives forward
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Excellent German language skills

Nice To Have, But Not Required

• Experience with Amazon Advertising
• Experience managing additional marketplaces such as eBay, OTTO, Kaufland, ManoMano, or similar platforms
• Experience with marketplace management systems, such as Novomind iMarket
• Interest in developing and expanding additional marketplaces and sales channels
• Good English language skills for collaboration with international colleagues, partners, and projects
