As an E-Commerce Manager (Retail), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Develop and execute the overall e-commerce strategy to drive online sales and revenue growth.
• Manage the e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless customer experience, optimal website performance, and strong conversion rates.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Merchandising, and cross-functional teams to optimize product listings, content, sales performance, and website functionality.
• Partner with the Marketing Team to plan and execute digital marketing campaigns that drive traffic, conversions, and customer retention.
• Monitor and analyze e-commerce performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement.
• Identify and implement new technologies, tools, and strategies to enhance e-commerce operations and efficiency.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
• Lead and develop the e-commerce team, providing guidance, support, and performance direction.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and relevant e-commerce regulations.

Requirements:

• E-Commerce experience from Fashion/ Retail/ FMCG industry.
• Have experiences in managing company’s e-commerce website and not just marketplaces.
• Good experience in E-Commerce Operations, SEO/SEM, UI/UX, Google Analytics.
