Job Summary

Manage and grow the company’s e-commerce channels by optimizing product listings, executing online promotions, driving traffic and conversions, and supporting online sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and other e-commerce platforms.
• Create and optimize product listings, descriptions, images, and promotional materials.
• Monitor online orders, inventory, pricing, and product availability.
• Plan and execute e-commerce promotions and campaigns.
• Coordinate participation in platform-wide campaigns and sale events.
• Monitor product rankings, traffic, conversion rates, and sales performance.
• Develop strategies to increase online sales and conversion.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams for order fulfillment.
• Monitor customer reviews, ratings, questions, and inquiries.
• Coordinate with the marketing team on content and digital campaigns.
• Analyze competitor pricing, promotions, and online activities.
• Prepare regular e-commerce performance reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, E-Commerce, Business, or a related field.
• Experience managing Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or similar platforms is preferred.
• Knowledge of e-commerce marketing and online sales strategies.
• Familiarity with digital advertising and social media marketing.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Good copywriting and product listing skills.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Detail-oriented and results-driven.
