E-commerce (Marketing)Executive

-         Support the planning, coordination, and execution of e-commerce marketing campaigns across various e-commerce platforms.

-         Coordinate with platform account managers on campaign submissions, banner placements, promotional mechanics, and product nominations.

-         Assist in developing attractive product bundles, campaign packages, voucher promotions, Gift-with-Purchase (GWP), and Purchase-with-Purchase (PWP) offers to drive sales.

-         Prepare design briefs and simple visual concepts for campaign banners, livestream covers, product images, and other promotional materials.

-         Ensure all e-commerce visuals, product content, and promotional copy are consistent with Airtumtec's brand identity and marketing guidelines.

-         Work closely withthe Marketing Executive to align e-commerce campaigns with social media activities, website updates, email marketing (EDMs), and other marketing initiatives.

-         Assist in creating compelling product titles, listing descriptions, campaign headlines, livestream captions, and promotional copy to enhance customer engagement and conversions.

-         Maintain and monitor e-commerce campaign calendars, ensuring all campaign assets and submissions are completed ahead of key promotional periods.

-         Monitor competitors' activities, platform trends, pricing strategies, and promotional mechanics toidentify opportunities for improvement.

-         Support post-campaign performance reviews by analyzing the effectiveness of campaign visuals, promotional mechanics, product bundles, and marketing offers, andprovide recommendations for future campaigns.

Job Requirements:

-         Diploma or Degree in Marketing, E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field. Candidates with relevant experience in marketing, e-commerce, digital marketing, or marketplace operations will have an added advantage.

-         Proficient in graphic design software such as AdobePhotoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, and other relevant design tools to create marketing collateral, promotional materials, product images, social media content, and other digital assets.

-         Familiarity with major e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Amazon, and other online marketplaces is preferred.

-         Good understanding of e-commerce marketing, digital marketing strategies, online merchandising, and promotional campaign execution.

-         Strongcopywriting skills with the ability to create engaging product descriptions, promotional content, campaign messages, and marketing copy that drive customer engagement and sales.

-         Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, coordinate campaigns, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

-         Creative, meticulous, and detail-oriented, with excellent problem-solving skills and akeen eye for design, branding, and visual presentation.

-         Self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about e-commerce, digital marketing, branding, and keeping up to date with emerging marketplace trends and consumer behaviour.
