E-Commerce (Night Shift)

About the Role: We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce (Night Shift) to manage end-to-end business travel arrangements for our corporate clients. The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in international itineraries, Online Travel Agents (OTAs) / Corporate Booking Tools, and airline fare rules, along with a proven track record of handling VIP travelers and serving as an escalation point for complex travel issues.

Job Description:

• Manage end-to-end travel arrangements (flights, hotels) using Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and Online Travel Agent (OTA) / Corporate Booking platforms.
• Construct efficient international travel itineraries and complex routings tailored to client travel policies.
• Handle reissuance, refunds, name changes, and complex fare calculations in compliance with airline fare rules across GDS and OTA platforms.
• Provide dedicated, high-touch travel support for C-level executives, VIPs, and key corporate accounts.
• Act as the primary escalation points to resolve complex travel disruptions, booking glitches on OTAs, urgent requests, and client issues.
• Coordinate effectively with airlines and overseas vendors to ensure seamless travel execution.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Corporate Travel Management or a Travel Agency environment.

• Strong expertise in managing International Itineraries and complex flight routings.

• In-depth knowledge of Airline Fare Rules, GDS platforms (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo), ticketing issuance, reissuance, and refunds.

• Demonstrated experience handling VIP / Corporate Travelers and managing corporate client relationships.

• Experience serving as a Senior Consultant / Escalation Point or mentoring junior travel consultants.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Indonesian.

• Willingness to work night shifts to support 24/7 corporate operations and international time zones.

• Ability to remain calm, resourceful, and efficient when handling last-minute changes or high-pressure situations.
