About the role
Manage online stores on TikTok Shop, Lazada, and Shopee, overseeing product listings, promotions, customer service, and sales performance across multiple e-commerce platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Manage stores on TikTok Shop, Lazada, and Shopee
- Upload products and update product information, prices, stock, images, and descriptions
- Plan and create promotions such as Flash Sale, Voucher, Bundle Deal, and platform campaigns
- Register and participate in platform campaigns at appropriate times
- Respond to customer messages, provide product information, and handle customer inquiries
- Monitor and track orders, payments, shipping, cancellations, and returns
- Coordinate with warehouse and retail locations to prepare and ship products
- Monitor competitor prices, promotions, and activities
- Analyze sales data including sales volume, order count, Average Order Value, traffic, conversion rate, and best/slow-selling products
- Evaluate promotion and campaign effectiveness and ROI
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales and performance reports
- Propose strategies to increase sales and improve platform performance
