- Open to fresh Graduates
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as TikTok, Lazada, or Shopee
- Strong understanding of online customer behavior, sales funnels, and conversion optimization
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is a plus
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company’s e-commerce platforms (e.g., website, online marketplaces)
- Upload and update product listings, including descriptions, images, pricing, and promotions
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse or suppliers to ensure product availability
- Process and track customer orders, ensuring timely fulfillment and delivery
- Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback through online channels
