E-Commerce Officer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Ecommerce Officer with 1–2 years of experience to manage our daily online store operations and take full ownership of inventory replenishment. In this role, you will bridge the gap between digital sales and supply chain management, ensuring our products are beautifully presented online and consistently stocked to meet consumer demand.

Responsibilities:

• E-Store Operations: Maintain and optimize product listings, descriptions, pricing, and visual merchandising across our e-commerce platforms.
• Inventory & Replenishment Management: Monitor stock levels daily, forecast stock demands based on sales trends, and coordinate timely stock replenishment to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
• Campaign Execution:Plan, set up and execute promotional campaigns, discount codes, and seasonal product launches on the backend system.
• Data & Performance Tracking: Monitor daily sales data, traffic, and conversion rates, providing regular reports to review and optimize
• Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with the warehouse, logistics partners, suppliers and key customers

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• Experience: 1–2 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations, online shop management, or inventory coordination.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento) and strong numerical literacy using MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) for inventory tracking.
• Attributes: Highly organized with an eye for detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under tight timelines.
• Languages: Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
