E-Commerce Officer

Role Overview

• Business Partnership & Strategic Planning
• Serve as the primary eCommerce contact and strategic partner of the assigned Business Unit and brand teams.
• Develop and own the BU annual eCommerce strategy, marketing plan, and commercial calendar aligned with business priorities and growth targets.
• Identify growth opportunities across marketplaces, quick commerce, DTC, affiliate, search, and other digital commerce channels.
• Business Performance Management & Analytics
• Own the Business Unit eCommerce scorecard and monitor key performance indicators including sales, market share, traffic, conversion, ROAS, profitability, customer acquisition, and digital shelf health
• Analyze BU eCommerce performance, customer behavior, market trends, competitor activities, and campaign effectiveness to generate actionable business insights.
• Recommend data-driven action plans and present regular business reviews to accelerate growth and address performance gaps.
• Performance Marketing & Agency Management
• Lead the planning and execution of performance marketing initiatives for the assigned Business Unit in partnership with the Performance Marketing agencies.
• Manage the day-to-day relationship, performance, and deliverables of assigned performance marketing agencies, ensuring campaigns meet agreed KPIs, budgets, and timelines.
• Evaluate campaign performance and optimize media investments to maximize business outcomes and return on investment.
• Commercial Execution & Cross-functional Collaboration
• Lead the execution of eCommerce campaigns, promotions, platform activations, assortment initiatives, and new product launches in collaboration with brand teams and horizontal capability teams.
• Coordinate with eCommerce Enabler and Marketplace Commercial teams to ensure timely and seamless execution.
• Ensure initiatives are delivered in accordance with business priorities, promotional calendars, and governance standards.
• Continuous Business Growth & Innovation
• Identify new eCommerce capabilities, platform solutions, and commercial opportunities that can accelerate Business Unit growth.
• Champion eCommerce best practices and strengthen digital commerce capabilities across the assigned Business Unit through continuous learning and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, Commerce, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, brand management, trade marketing, or commercial planning.
• Experience in performance marketing, marketplace management, and digital campaign execution.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
• Experience managing agencies and working with cross-functional stakeholders is an advantage.
