- Develop and improve SOPs and operational processes.
- Track KPIs, costs, order fulfillment, and customer experience.
- Manage vendors, logistics partners, and B2B clients.
- Strong team management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to scale and streamline business operations.
