E-Commerce Operation Staff

About the role

We are seeking a talented E-Commerce Operation Staff (Marketplace Specialist – Ads, Campaign & Sales Growth) to join our dynamic team at PT Duta Abadi Primantara (DAP). As an e-commerce operation staff, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our online marketplace presence. This full-time position is based in Setiabudi, South Jakarta.

What you'll be doing :

1. Manage and optimise our advertising campaigns across various e-commerce platforms to maximise visibility and drive sales
2. Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies, including targeted campaigns and promotions, to boost online sales
3. Analyse market trends, customer behaviour and sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
4. Collaborate with the wider marketing team to ensure seamless integration of e-commerce activities with broader brand and promotional efforts
5. Monitor and report on key performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations to enhance our e-commerce presence and performance
6. Provide excellent customer support to our online customers, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly

What we're looking for :

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing or a related field
2. Proven track record of successfully managing online advertising campaigns and driving sales growth on e-commerce platforms
3. Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret and act on market insights
4. Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a focus on providing a seamless customer experience
5. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, advertising tools and digital marketing best practices
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
