E-commerce Operations & Customer Support Executive

This is a practical, multi-tasking role. The selected candidate will work with customers, AI tools, Instagram, order packing and delivery partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Reply to customer enquiries received through Instagram, WhatsApp and other channels.
• Explain products to customers, including how to use them and which products may suit their requirements.
• Follow up with interested customers and sales leads.
• Follow up with customers regarding their orders, delivery issues and confirmations.
• Coordinate with courier and delivery companies when there are delayed, returned or problematic shipments.
• Pack customer orders carefully and make sure the correct products and quantities are dispatched.
• Help create content for Instagram, including Reels, posts, product information and promotional content.
• Appearing on camera is not mandatory. Content can also be created using product videos, voiceovers, AI tools, graphics and other methods.
• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or similar AI platforms for daily work.
• Use AI tools to prepare documents, product information, customer replies, social media content and PDFs.
• Create professional PDFs and basic digital documents using AI tools.
• Learn about Moroccan products so customer questions can be answered correctly.
• Maintain professional and polite communication with customers.
• Assist with general e-commerce and office-related work when required.

Requirements

• Must be based in Lucknow.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Good communication skills and confidence while speaking with customers.
• Comfortable using computers, smartphones and online tools.
• Must know how to use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude or similar platforms, or should be very comfortable learning them.
• Basic understanding of Instagram and social media.
• Able to learn new products and explain their usage clearly to customers.
• Responsible and organized when handling customer orders.
• Comfortable packing physical orders as part of the job.
• Able to follow up consistently with customers and delivery companies.
• Good problem-solving ability.
• Willingness to learn new AI and e-commerce tools.

Preferred Skills

Candidates with any of the following experience will be preferred:

• E-commerce

• Instagram or social media management
• Online sales
• AI tools
• Canva or similar design tools
• Order processing
• Courier/delivery coordination
• Beauty, skincare or haircare products

Previous experience is helpful but not mandatory if the candidate is intelligent, responsible, comfortable with technology and willing to learn.
