E-commerce Operations Assistant

AJMAL Thailand is looking for an E-commerce Operations Assistant to join our team in Bangkok.

This is a full-time, on-site position for someone who is organized, responsible, detail-oriented, and interested in e-commerce operations and customer service.

You will be responsible for daily online orders, shipment preparation, customer enquiries, shipping coordination, returns, and general operational support across AJMAL Thailand’s online sales channels.

What You Will Do

• Check new orders on every marketplace Seller Center daily
• Print shipping labels and prepare packaging
• Check products and order details before packing
• Pack and organize every order correctly
• Hand completed orders to the shipping carrier on time
• Follow up when carriers do not collect shipments as scheduled
• Coordinate with marketplace support teams to resolve shipping issues
• Prevent incorrect delays or penalties from being assigned to the company
• Reply to customer messages within 30 minutes during working hours
• Manage chats across marketplaces, social media, and other online channels
• Check return and refund requests daily
• Review return evidence and product conditions carefully
• Appeal incorrect or suspicious return claims when possible
• Maintain clear records of orders, shipping issues, and returns
• Support the team with other administrative and operational tasks when required

Who We Are Looking For

• Candidates have full working rights for Thailand
• Fresh graduate or early-career candidate
• Interested in e-commerce, online shopping, or customer service
• Organized and able to manage multiple orders accurately
• Careful when checking products, addresses, and shipping documents
• Comfortable using computers and online systems
• Able to learn marketplace Seller Center systems
• Patient and professional when communicating with customers
• Able to solve problems and follow up until they are resolved
• Able to work quickly without sacrificing accuracy
• Responsible, honest, punctual, and dependable
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Open to feedback and willing to improve
• Able to follow company procedures and protect customer information
• Experience with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or Shopify would be a plus
• Basic English communication skills would be a plus

Salary & Employment

• Salary: THB 18,000–22,000 per month
• Final salary will depend on experience, skills, and overall suitability for the position
• Full-time, on-site position at AJMAL Thailand Headquarters in Bangkok
