Job Title: E-commerce Operations Assistant

Location: Hong Kong - Wanchai
Employment Type: Full-time, Entry-level
Salary Range: HK$18,000 – HK$ 22,000 / month x13

About the Role:
We are looking for a tech-savvy E-commerce Operations Assistant to join our growing team. You will keep our online platform running smoothly, manage daily data tasks, and handle clerical office work when needed. This is a great entry-level role for someone organized and eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Website and System Maintenance: Keep our e-commerce platform updated and running without issues.

• System Updates: Input and maintain new products, prices, images and relevant information in the system.

• Troubleshooting: Identify and solve basic system glitches and technical problems.

• Data Accuracy & Auditing: Cross-check system data regularly to ensure all online product information is accurate and up to date.

• Team Support: Handle ad-hoc tasks as required to support the general operations team.

Requirements:

• Education: Higher Diploma or Associate Degree in IT, E-commerce or Business Administration.
• Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience (Fresh graduates are welcome).
• Languages: Fluent Cantonese and Mandarin; good written and spoken  English.
• Technical Skills: Fast typing and proficiency in MS Office (especially MS Excel). Knowledge of AI tools is an advantage. Experience with Perfion is a plus.
• Detail minded: Strong focus and high accuracy are required to manage extensive product data updates.
• Team Player: Excellent communication skills to coordinate system updates effectively with internal teams.
• Problem-Solver: Resourceful, independent, and comfortable handling basic technical troubleshooting.
