Role Description The E-Commerce Operations Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Richardson, TX. This role supports daily online store operations, including processing orders, updating product listings, monitoring inventory levels, and coordinating with warehouses or suppliers for timely fulfillment. The E-Commerce Operations Assistant helps resolve customer inquiries related to orders, shipping, and returns, ensuring clear and professional communication. The role also includes tracking operational metrics, identifying process issues, and assisting with basic data entry and reporting. Collaboration with the operations and customer service teams is essential to maintain accurate information and a smooth customer experience.
