About the Company

Sicia Corp operates Pet Culture and Plant Culture, growing Philippine retail and e-commerce brands specializing in pet care and gardening products.

We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Associate to support our online stores across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and other digital sales channels.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with online platforms, analyzing data, organizing product information, and helping grow an e-commerce business.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Operations

• Manage and update product listings, descriptions, images, prices, and promotions across online marketplaces.
• Monitor daily orders, cancellations, returns, and customer-related operational concerns.
• Ensure accurate product information and availability across selling platforms.
• Coordinate with warehouse and fulfillment teams to support timely order processing.

Campaign & Sales Support

• Assist in executing marketplace campaigns, flash sales, vouchers, and promotional activities.
• Coordinate campaign requirements, product nominations, and promotional schedules.
• Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve sales.
• Support affiliate and livestream selling activities when needed.

Inventory & Product Coordination

• Monitor online stock availability and coordinate replenishment requirements.
• Report out-of-stock items, listing errors, and inventory discrepancies.
• Coordinate with the Buyer and Operations team regarding product availability and new product launches.

Reporting & Performance Monitoring

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Monitor sales, orders, conversion-related metrics, and campaign results.
• Maintain organized marketplace records and operational trackers.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience with Shopee Seller Centre, Lazada Seller Center, or TikTok Shop Seller Center is an advantage but not required.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with online shopping platforms and social commerce.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and willingness to learn.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Willing to work full-time on-site in BF Homes, Parañaque.
