What they need
We’re looking for an E-commerce Lead to take ownership of day-to-day E-commerce operations, with a strong focus on courier management, claims, and order execution control.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead overall E-commerce operations.
Manage couriers, pickups verifications and performance.
Handle weekly claims, DV unpaid & outstanding cases.
Monitor non-live / stuck orders & ensure closure.
Review delivery-related customer. complaints & take action.
Requirements:
Must have Experience to handle multiple couriers.
Strong experience in E-commerce operations.
Hands-on courier & claims management.
Ownership mindset with strong follow-up skills.
Strong grip on Excel/Google Sheets.
Experience with OMS, ERP, WMS is a big plus.
Strong coordination & communication skills.
Pay: From Rs50,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
