About the company
Our client, a leading global consumer electronics brand, is currently looking for E-Commerce Operation Specialists to join their team!
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily operations across e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, Lazada, and similar platforms
- Handle product listing, delisting, and product information updates
- Maintain and monitor product inventory
- Manage and update product pricing
- Assist with campaign configuration and promotional activities
- Track customer complaints and assist in resolution
- Monitor order and shipment progress
- Support billing management
- Communicate and coordinate with the platform Customer Manager
- Ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day store operations
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of working experience; relevant internship experience is welcome
- E-commerce experience is preferred
- Strong sense of responsibility and ownership
- Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
- Able to communicate in English for daily work communication
