We are a growing business seeking a reliable and proactive E-commerce Operations Staff to help manage our day-to-day operations. This hands-on role involves handling sales inquiries on online platforms, processing orders, packing products, coordinating delivery or shipping, and performing basic administrative tasks. Work Details:

• Location: Baesa, Quezon City
• Schedule: Full Time
• Salary Range: PHP19,500 to PHP20,500, based on Job Experience

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and manage orders through our online sales channels.
• Review, verify, and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare, pack, and label orders for shipment while maintaining quality standards.
• Coordinate with courier partners and delivery riders to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Monitor order status and provide updates to customers when necessary.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock replenishment.
• Perform administrative tasks, including order tracking, filing receipts, and preparing basic reports.
• Assist with product listings, basic content creation, and other business-related tasks as needed.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Comfortable performing hands-on work, including packing and handling products.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Experience in e-commerce, customer service, retail, or administrative work is an advantage but not required.
