E-commerce Operations Coordinator (Chinese Speaking)

Key responsibilities

• Support E-commerce Manager in daily E-commerce business operations in Thailand and coordinate with Thai teams to execute tasks and achieve planned objectives
• Use Chinese to communicate and coordinate with China headquarters regarding new products, pricing, promotions, inventory, and E-commerce-related matters
• Communicate information and requirements from headquarters to Thai team accurately and clearly
• Coordinate with responsible persons on each platform (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) to drive operations
• Continuously improve team communication and work processes to increase work efficiency
• Track project and important task progress and identify problems during operations
• Push for timely resolution of identified problems
• Collect feedback, problems, and needs from Thai team and various platforms
• Propose appropriate solutions and coordinate with headquarters
• Support management and collection of sales, inventory, purchase orders, and operational data

About you

• Fluent in listening, speaking, reading, and writing Chinese; able to communicate and coordinate directly with China headquarters
• Fluent in Thai to communicate with Thai team
• Experience in E-commerce Operations
• Experience or familiarity with Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop is highly valued
• Ability to think and analyze independently; able to propose ideas and suggestions proactively, not just execute assigned tasks
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; able to track work and push for problem resolution to completion
• Strong communication and coordination skills; able to work efficiently with headquarters and multiple Thai teams
• High sense of responsibility; strong execution and task tracking skills; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
