Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing and maintaining eBay storefronts, the official website, and other multi-channel platforms.
• Upload products, edit English descriptions and categorizations, develop marketing plans, and publish listings across eBay's global marketplace sites.
• Optimize eBay stores and product listings; utilize platform marketing tools and sales techniques (such as Promoted Listings and Markdown Manager) to enhance exposure and increase conversion rates.
• Process customer orders, track order progress, and ensure timely fulfillment in compliance with eBay handling times and tracking upload standards.
• Analyze sales data regularly; adjust strategies and propose optimizations based on performance metrics like GMV, click-through rates, and advertising ROI.
• Maintain store policies, service metrics, and guidelines to uphold positive seller ratings, top-rated status, and overall store reputation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Minimum 3 years of eBay sales and platform experience; proficient in eBay listing rules, Seller Hub workflows, and sales expansion tactics.
• Thorough understanding of eBay policies and the Cassini search engine; ability to resolve disputes, handle returns, and safeguard company interests.
• Expertise in cross-border e-commerce B2C operations; skilled in driving traffic within eBay, with strong market acumen and marketing strategy capabilities.
